JS INT’L, Inc.’s Global Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

JS INT’L, INC. has long had a zero-tolerance policy regarding personnel engaging in prohibited trafficking activities, such as severe forms of trafficking in persons, to include the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, or obtaining of a person for labor or services, through the use of force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of subjection to involuntary servitude, peonage, debt bondage, or slavery, and sex trafficking involving all business activities including  governmental or commercial contracts work.

We periodically notify all employees and vendors that JS INT’L, INC. does not tolerate any form of direct or indirect retaliation that arises from reporting suspected illegal or unethical conduct in good faith. Retaliating against someone who makes a report in good faith will result in prompt and strong disciplinary action, up to, and including, termination.
